DesiYell is not a buying and selling service. We advertise items people want to buy and sell. If you want to display items on DesiYell, it is solely the responsibly of the buyer and seller to communicate with each other and you are responsible for any actions made. You must not offer, sell or buy any items which we do not permit on the Site. We do not accept any obligation to protect you from unsafe items listed for sale on DesiYell.

Breach

We may suspend or terminate your account without notification if we suspect that you have engaged or are about to engage in, or have been in any way involved in or linked to, fraudulent and misuse in connection with the Site. You must not manipulate the price of any item displayed on DesiYELL or interfere with other user's listing(s). If you are a business user and go bankrupt, DesiYell will not refund any payments to you.

• If you are a business user of the website; your business has been registered by the company’s house and Inland Revenue.
• You are solely responsible for actions you take when buying and selling on DesiYELL. DesiYELL does not have the responsibility of what users sell or buy. DesiYELL is an advertisement service.
• You accept to show your personal details to DesiYELL admin and business details to users and the public.
• If you are a business user you accept to be rated by users of DesiYELL.
• You accept that all payment transactions are from your own business account or personal account. 
• You accept to receive E-mail messages from DesiYELL to your personal e-mail address.
• Any payment made to DesiYELL is non refundable once you pay for the service. If we suspect you are misusing DesiYELL we will remove you straight away and there will be no refund of any payment made by DesiYELL.
• Any payment made to users of DesiYELL website is at your own risk and we do not have anything to do with the transaction you make.

No Warranty

DesiYELL does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected. You also understand that we do not guarantee or warrant files available will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other factors that is out of our control. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.
